What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Mostly small and medium businesses in Round Rock, Texas. Anywhere from a 5-person operation to a 200-person company. If you're using spreadsheets to run things that should be automated, or you have software that isn't talking to each other, I can probably help.
Do I need to understand software to work with you?
Not at all. I translate the technical stuff into plain language and focus on business outcomes, not jargon. You tell me what problem you want solved; I figure out how to solve it.
What does a typical first project look like?
Often it's something specific and achievable automating a manual process, connecting two systems that don't talk to each other, or building a small internal tool. Starting small lets us build trust before tackling bigger things.
Do you only work in Round Rock, Texas?
I'm based in Round Rock, Texas and prefer working locally where I can meet face-to-face. That said, I do work with clients remotely when the project is the right fit.
